Do you charge a travel fee?
I do not charge a travel fee for the state of Wisconsin! Ask me about fees for shooting out of state or a destination wedding!
What if I’m not good at posing for photos?
DON’T WORRY! Candid photos are my favorite – I try my best to make you feel comfortable with me and get the genuine laughs from you + your partner/friends/family. We’ll do some posed portraits of course but I’m all about the movement and in-between moments! One of my main goals is for you to have fun during your photo session.
Do you recommend adding a second shooter?
If you’re looking for multiple angles of an exact moment (ie. the ceremony first kiss or walking down the aisle) then YES! A second shooter also allows more time for getting ready photos of you + your significant other since we can cover both at the same time. If time is running low, we can also split up for the bridal party photos.
It is not necessary though! I am more than capable to capture the day on my own, but it’s worth considering if you want some of those extra moments and details me being one human may not be able to capture at once 🙂
We’re ready to book – now what?
Yay! Just fill out my contact form and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours with my contract to make it official! We’ll then set up a call to go over any details and schedule an engagement session (if you choose to have one). Once we get more details nailed in, I’ll start putting together a photo timeline for us to go over!
Do we pay a deposit and do you offer any discounts?
Yes, I require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for wedding packages & 50% for regular sessions. I set up a payment plan that works best for you with the final payment four weeks before your wedding date, and for regular sessions the other half is due at the session start time.
However, for wedding packages, I offer a 5% discount for paying in full at time of booking! I also offer 5% discounts for military and off-season weddings (December-April).
